Here's where our listings come from.

Springboard is a directory and a community, not a booking system. Here's exactly where a studio listing comes from, what we will and won't show, and how to change or remove one.

What a listing is made of

Public facts a studio already publishes: its name, address, hours, the classes on its public schedule, list prices, and the link to its own booking page. Every record keeps the page it came from, and every class links back to the studio's own site. We never book on a studio's behalf, never take a fee, and never sit between a studio and its clients.

How we read public pages

  • We only read pages anyone can open. Nothing behind a login, a cart or a checkout.
  • Our reader identifies itself (springboardstudioindex) and honors robots.txt. A page that asks not to be indexed is not indexed, and we never work around a block.
  • At most one request per second to any site, refreshed once a day. Public schedule data is also available through the booking platforms' own integrations when a studio connects one.

What stays hidden until a studio claims its listing

Photos, galleries, instructor headshots and written descriptions found on a studio's pages are not shown. A listing uses designed placeholders until the owner claims it and chooses what to display. Claiming is free: the owner submits proof of ownership, our team reviews it within two business days, and the owner can edit, hide, or remove any field from then on. How claiming works.

Where a studio has not uploaded photos, the app may show the studio's Google photos live from Google, with Google's attribution, on that studio's page only. We do not store those photos.

Opt out or correct a listing

Any studio can have its listing hidden, or a fact corrected, by writing to hello@letsgospringboard.com from an address at the studio's domain. Tell us which listing and what should change. We act within one business day, we confirm when it's done, and you don't need an account.

Members can also flag a wrong detail from inside the app (closed, wrong hours, wrong info, duplicate). Those reports go to the same team.
