What Springboard is

Springboard is a discovery and community app for people who do Pilates. It is not a booking system. Studio profiles link to each studio's own booking page, and any class you book is between you and the studio.

Your account

You need to be 12 or older. Keep your login to yourself, keep your profile honest, and delete your account any time from Settings.

Reviews, check-ins, and community

Write about places you actually went. Verified visits are verified by location. Reviews that are fake, paid, or abusive come down, and repeat offenders lose the ability to post. We moderate with people, and you can report or block anyone.

Passport Club and founding memberships

Club memberships bill through the App Store and cancel there. Founding memberships are sold before launch, fulfilled by hand until the Club is in the app, and honored automatically at the founding price after that. The Club never discounts a class, and everything free stays free.

Events

Events are created by verified instructors and studios. Free events are RSVP only. When ticketed events come, the payment terms and refund policy are shown on each event before you pay.

Our content and yours

You own what you post and give us permission to show it in the app and on share cards. The Springboard name, mark, and design are ours.
