Is this a booking platform?
No. We don't book classes, take payment for them, or discount them. Your page links out to wherever you or your studios take bookings.
What does this do that Instagram, email and my studio's system don't?
Instagram reaches whoever the algorithm picks. Your studio's booking system serves the studio, and it stays behind when you leave. Springboard puts your page in front of everyone who does Pilates in the city, and Clara keeps your clients, schedule and credentials in one place that belongs to you.
What happens after February 28?
Founding instructors move to the founding rate for year one, billed through the App Store. You can cancel before or after, and your Springboard page stays yours either way.
How does Reach work?
People pick their interests in the app and opt in to hearing from studios and instructors about them. A Reach goes only to those people, at most twice a month per interest from you, and at most four a week to any one person from everyone combined. You see how many people it reached, never who.
Who sees my client notes?
Only you. They're private to your account, never shown to studios, never used for anything else, and you can export or delete them any time. The plain-English version is on our privacy page.
I own a studio too.
You need one account. Verify as an instructor and claim the studio, and Clara shows you both sides.
