Clara Studio by Springboard
Clara Studio handles everything behind the desk.
It's the back office your booking platform doesn't have, on your phone, with a desktop version for the heavy work. Coming in January.
The sub board. A 6am cancellation goes out to the qualified, available instructors in your city, and the first yes fills it.
Roster and compliance. Who teaches for you, their certifications, insurance and renewal dates, with a reminder before anything lapses.
Pay statements. Per-class and per-client rates, worked out from attendance and exported as a statement. The money itself never passes through us.
Hiring. A pipeline from the job post to the audition to the roster, with every candidate's certification checked.
Training management. Cohorts, trainee hour logs, and the paperwork the certifying body asks for.
Desktop web. The schedule, the roster and the statements on a proper screen.

Questions
The questions studio owners ask us.
Is Springboard a booking platform?
No. We don't book classes, take payment for them, or discount them. Your page links to your own booking page, your client books there at full price, and you keep Mindbody, Momence or whatever you already use.
What does this do that my booking platform doesn't?
Your booking platform looks after clients once they've found you. Springboard is where they find you in the first place, alongside every other studio and instructor in the city. Clara Studio then does the staff work no booking platform touches, from subs and the roster to compliance, pay statements and hiring.
What happens after February 28?
Founding studios move to the founding rate for year one, billed by card on the web. You can cancel before or after, and your Springboard listing stays yours either way.
How does Reach work, and will it annoy people?
People pick their interests in the app and opt in to hearing from studios and instructors about them. A Reach goes only to those people, at most twice a month per interest from you, and at most four a week to any one person from everyone combined. You see how many people it reached, never who.
Who sees my data?
Your listing, events and announcements are public by design. Your roster, pay statements and compliance records in Clara Studio belong to you, are visible only to the people you give seats to, and are never used for anything else. The plain-English version is on our privacy page.
I'm an instructor who also owns a studio.
You need one account. Claim the studio and verify as an instructor, and Clara shows you both sides.
Your studio's page is ready for you.
Email us the studio name and we'll send the claim link the same day. Once the app is live, claiming from inside it is the quickest way.
